I have just started drinking a tbsp of Bragg's apple cider vinegar twice per day

about two days now. I have noticed that it seems to be flushing out my system

just as advertised. I am underweight and I have lost a few pounds since I

started drinking the ACV but I notice better bowel movements and the general

feeling of an improvement in my digestion. What do you guys think....continue?

Is this something specific to Bragg's or any ACV?

Pre-SCD we always used Bragg's ACV for many things...sinus infections, coughs,

etc. I always thought the " mother " is what was so good for you...not sure if

other brands have that? Too bad it's illegal (b/c the mother is yeast). :(
