About the seething and spitting poison.... Gregg says that's HIS job!

Actually, I can't write when I'm spitting poison, so I wait until I'm done doing that!

I very rarely get to that point, but I was in this case. When Dr. Stern sent that last message, I was truly speechless! Folks at work asked me how I was and I said "I'm dreadful!" They asked me what happened, and all I could say is "I don't even want to talk about it!"

Of course, I've been talking of nothing else for the last few days!! Getting it out of my system!

It's important he gets to have a job--so seething and spitting is good!

So, what it is that you do to take care of you in all of this? Remember to take time out for yourself. I know that if my husband doesn't do something each day that feeds his spirit and soul, that he can't be available for me. I also try to make sure that he does keep the balance between caretaking for me, and taking care of himself. If he doesn't then I end up trying to caretake him-- not a pretty picture.
