you're not necessarily hyper just because your TSH is suppressed...most folks

who take Armour and feel good seem to have a suppressed TSH anyway.

I'm thinking the elevated liver enzymes

are from the Effexor I take, according to the research I've done.

I'll let you know more specifics when I get the results!

in VA.

==============================

Is it the SGOT or the SGPT that is elevated or both? Elevated liver enzymes can

often be due to insulin resistance or from being overweight. My SGPT has been

elevated for some time so the doctor did an ultrasound to make sure it was just

fatty liver from the insulin resistance. The ultrasound showed it was indeed

fatty liver.

Thanks, Cindi! I didn't get anything in the mail from the doctor today.

Hopefully,

tomorrow.

Thanks! I don't know which enzymes are elevated yet. I didn't ask

because I sensed it would be to difficult for her. LOL (I don't mean to

sound condescending but when I had to tell her twice that the endo

doesn't take my insurance any more, I felt it would be better to wait to

get the copy of the results in my own hands! LOL)

I used to have elevated alpha phosphatase or whatever it is. But that

was OK after I went on the Hallelujah diet and dropped some meds. So

after researching my newest meds, I found that Effexor could cause some

elevated enzymes. So I'll let you know when I get my results. Thanks for

this info though!
