Could easily be 3 month flare too unless you're sure about

the illegals.

The best thing to do is go back to intro or intro/stage 1 food

for several days just to help clear your system out. Then

if you are not sure that it was illegals, then add back - not

as slowly as the first time - but take out the more advanced

food for a while.

When I accidentally go off-track, it can take me up to ten days to get back on again. The only sign is usually that the first BM in the morning is fine but the second is liquid or soft. I don't go back to the intro diet, but I try to cut back on honey (although in fact I don't eat that much). It is always so annoying.
