Guest guest
My kids attend a nut-free school. I am using a sunflower seed butter that we all tolerate well as a substitute in some baked goods. (BTW, it tastes excellent!) http://www.sunbutter.com/products.asp#5 I read Elaine's posts about seeds coctaining arsenic, and I'm looking for more information about this. The last thing I want to do is increase their metals toxicity. Can anyone help provide me with more info, or direct me to something that I can read/learn about toxicity/arsenic in seeds? I don't even know where to begin in approximating how many seeds are in 1T of sun butter to quantify their intake . . .
