Guest guest Posted January 24, 2009 Report Share Posted January 24, 2009 Hi All, I'm a newbie to the diet (3 weeks). It's been going great. Things have really turned around for me in a HUGE way. Almost can't believe it. Eating out is one of my biggest challenges though. Last night I made the mistake of going to a favorite Indian restaurant and I thought I was being careful. Plain ginger ginger (although marinaded in yogurt, not my yogurt) and a lentil dish. I read that I could have lentils and the waiter said it was made with only butter. Oh well - big mistake. I think it will take my stomach a few days to get normal again. I know I have to be SUPER diligent. Every book says so. I know. I know. Help. I need tips on eating out.
