Guest guest
So does anyone have a recipe for a yummy green smoothy? It's getting to be smoothy weather here. Mara
Guest guest
I'm drinking one now with two very ripe bananas and a couple handfuls of spinach, and water. I think it's pretty tasty, but if you're new to green smoothies you may want to add fewer greens =) Pinneapple is also really good in them, but I prefer to have at least one of the fruits in it be a banana for better texture.AlyssaSo does anyone have a recipe for a yummy green smoothy? It's getting to be smoothy weather here.Mara

Guest guest
I make a "chocolate" green smoothie. . it really almost tastes like chocolate. . kind of Blend- 1 ripe avacado 1 ripe banana two or three big handfuls of baby organic spinach 1/4 cup almond flour 1 to 2 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp almond extract 1 cup frozen blueberries (or more if you like) You can add in 1 or 2 smashed dates if you want more sweetness in your smoothie Put in enough water to get the blender moving Tastes good and is super healthy!
