Guest guest Posted March 23, 2009 Report Share Posted March 23, 2009 I have had a couple of 'different' yoghurts recently and I wondered if anyone had experienced this and could tell me what might be up and if it is ok to eat it. The yoghurt comes out a lot more gloopy and glutenous and tastes even more tart than normal. I haven't changed the starter (I use total) or any other part of the process.
