Yoghurt question

I have had a couple of 'different' yoghurts recently and I wondered if anyone

had experienced this and could tell me what might be up and if it is ok to eat

it. The yoghurt comes out a lot more gloopy and glutenous and tastes even more

tart than normal. I haven't changed the starter (I use total) or any other part

of the process.

Any ideas and is it safe to eat?
