Hi Karyn, how are you feeling today? I got my video yesterday and stayed up

till 1:30 this morning watching it with my husband. We really took notes as I

had an appointment this morning with my Pain Management doctor. I had another

Intercostal Nerve Root Block in December and again only a few days relief. I

questioned my Dr today about the Celiac Plexus block. He increased my

Neurontin and Zanaflex and said after 2 weeks if I don't have more relief

we'll try the Celiac. I've been looking it up on the computer tonight and I'm

not too sure that's the best route to take. Most of my pain is in my upper

back. He didn't think it was pancreatic related until we did an MRI to rule

out anything else going on in the back. I do have abdominal pain, it's not

constant, and I have some nausea. I just don't know if the Celiac will help

with the back pain. Any response from anyone on that???? I haven't had an

attack in a long while until Christmas Eve. My husband kept me out of it with

Phenergan and Norco's. I refused to go to the ER. It was the first time all

year we'd had all of our kids together. All 6 of them. I was not going to

spend the night in the ER. WE'd been to the hospital during the day anyway to

spend some time with my Mother who was in for a second operation on her back

in less than a month. She had spinal fluid leaking from her incision. She

finally got to come home today and is so happy to be there. I can't tell you

how impressed I was with the video. You did a wonderful job. It was very

informative. I do hope to get to the next one. Now I can put a face with

name. Were any of the other members from here there? IF so which ones? Have

you heard how Tam and Steve are doing? Sorry so long, I haven't been on in a

while. Hope you have a restful night.
