I can't do any other dairy but these as they are lactose free. It's my understanding that the villi are damaged and do not produce the enzymes needed to digest lactose. I also am unable to eat all nuts but almonds. Not sure why, but assume it's due to the carb levels, don't think it's fat that's the problem. It's the carb/sugar content.
