Guest guest
Hi Keri! It's the Couch to 5K program, I just abbreviate it because I'm lazy LOL. You can find it on www.coolrunning.com. If you go to that sight, click on new runners on the left hand side of the screen, then you can scroll down to the program. It's a program that starts with walking and jogging intervals until you work your way up to 5K. I absolutely think it's wonderful, lol. No, I didn't get to participate in the marathon =( I wanted to, but I had to throw a bridal shower that day, and I sing in the praise band at my church, so I had a full morning. I am going to next probably. I did participate in the Red Bud Classic, and had a blast! My next race is going to the Andy Payne Memorial run out at Lake Overholser on May 27th. It's nice to talk to another Okie =) We should all get together sometime and have a WW potluck, lol... in OKC <>< 238/184.8/179 (healthy BMI) > > Well, I did it!
