Guest guest
Are you saying that California wine isn't made with any sugar or corn syrup, etc.? I struggle with wine and wonder if it's from additives or the wine itself. Any suggestions? And when it comes to rum, makes sure, if you get a dark one, it's from being aged in the cask, not from any added colorings. Or stick with light to avoid the problem. As for wine, very dry wines are legal. Or wines from Australia, California, Italy, Portugal and one other country I'm forgetting - where it is illegal to add sugar to wine. I think with some effort and a lot of will power the diet will work for you...I realise some have it worse than others and its all personal choice in the end.. different lifestyles etc... follow the diet and stay as chilled out as you can... don't let the crohns become who you are.. Another extra-diet thing that helps, if you are physically up for it, is regular exercise, as intense as you can manage, since exercise produces more endorphins and endorphins help your body manage pain and help to modulate your body's immune system. People with messed up immune systems often are not producing enough endorphins. Regards and welcome to the diet, Mara Windows Live™ Hotmail®:…more than just e-mail. Check it out. Guest guest
So if we get wine from one of the places you mentioned, it doesn't necessarily have to be very dry? Thanks, Kim As for wine, very dry wines are legal. Or wines from Australia, California, Italy, Portugal and one other country I'm forgetting - where it is illegal to add sugar to wine. Any suggestions? Could be sulfites also. Some people react to them. Mara

Unless they are cheating. Which, just to confuse matters, after cold harvest season sometimes happens. <g> Mara
