Guest guest
I briefly looked up lead, mercury and arsenic and burdock root contains mercury; kelp contains all three; I've come across burdock for diabetes purposes in the past. Apples, tomatoes, asparagus, plums, some beans (lead) and grapefruit, grapes, potatoes, lettuce, plums and apples (arsenic) were also listed. Source USDA.
