Bette if you chop those walnuts up they go so much farther.. I would use them if I really enjoyed them..Its not like an every day thing..lol..boy when I think how many of those I would eat over Christmas before WW..

Kallie - I agree....I'll chop them up for a once-in-a-while special treat! And YES....a friend used to give each coworker a bagful of candied or glazed walnuts every Christmas and I would without even a moment's hesitation eat the entire bag. SHEESH! That must have been what......a cup and a half for about 40 points? yikes.

Sometimes when I eat one of those granola bars , I think gosh, not

much for 2 points.. so I just pick at them..mostly I use them for a

sweet attack...they are not a red light food so I can have them

around, funny how we do things sometimes....
