Guest guest
Hi All, I am in the process of solving my late night eating challenge. I am trying to find as positive language as I can to describe it. I am a Weight Watcher and that means that I find worth while activities to do from 6:00-10:00pm. I CHOSE to do these activities. I will check in tomorrow with my progress report. Manisha aka Kim PS Hugs for all
Guest guest
Have you thought about starting your points at night (like whenever you would start eating dinner) and then ending them the next day? I do mine 6pm-5:59pm on the following day and I don't feel deprived, since I have a whole days worth of points at 6pm in the evening, instead of only having 8 or 10. =) It's ok to do this and my WW leader even suggested it last year. If you have a hard time not eating at night, I strongly suggest you try this. It has made a world of difference for me. 175/157.8/130 Focus Focus Focus > Hi All, > > I am in the process of solving my late night eating challenge.
