Guest guest
Well – seems the good ol’ FDA’s been busy these days. Not only does their man Hager either not know, or not care, about in-progress pharma-research, but while tooling up to try to deny us use of Mifepristone for ANY reason whatsoever, they’ve also APPROVED a new lower dose of Prempro – now I’d go for people who DO take it taking less – but how much you want to bet this is so the pharma’s can gear up and claim that this drug – proven harmful –hasn’t necessarily been “proven” harmful at these new lower doses??? – and now they can start all over trying to cram this stuff into women - kill 'em off a little more slowly maybe -- that way you can sell this stuff to 'em for even more years!!!! And then there’s the Canadian drug situation – FDA’s going to make sure that U.S. Citizens can’t buy their drugs cheaper from Canada – gotta hit up those fixed income seniors and others for every dime you can squeeze out of them after all – See today’s Reuter’s Health – today: FDA OKs new form of controversial estrogen drug FDA toughens stance on Canadian drug imports http://www.reutershealth.com/en/index.html (You need to go to the 3d blue box on the right – for the free consumer section – click there to go to today’s free articles – can’t remember whether you need to register – but if so, it’s free) Pat _________________________________________________________________ Protect your PC - get McAfee.com VirusScan Online http://clinic.mcafee.com/clinic/ibuy/campaign.asp?cid=3963
