It makes way better yogurt. It tastes way better and it adds

calories. and probably has

other health benefits we do not yet realize.

it's a traditional fat, not a bad fat. Don't let the

fat is bad for you mindset brainwash you.

The obesity epidemic in this country started with

the all carbs all the time approach to living, not with

healthy, traditional fats which have all kinds of benefits

for our body.

Go with the whole milk and don't worry about the fat. You'll find

your blood markers will improve when you reduce/wliminate sugar and

starch.
