It's wonderful that you've made the discovery...you've found the secret!

It's all about choices! You're doing great with yours.

If you haven't tried Diet A & W root beer yet, may I suggest that you give it a

try? It's by far my favorite diet soda, and it fills that " fizzy " need for

me!

Wow, Chari! You're doing great! Isn't it the coolest feeling to

*know* that you're doing the right thing?

Make sure you get yourself some of the Skinny Cow ice cream

sandwiches. Only 2 or 3 points (depending on the variety) and they're

AWESOME!

Also, Egg Beaters makes a variety that has a cheese taste in it--I

think it's cheese and chives. That makes a great omelet.
