Now that I am looking at it....probably high in fat

and maybe too greasy...maybe you could find a better

way that is not so fattening! I personally am just NOW

getting to like cooking! I HATED it b-4. Now, I can

be creative w/o the food taking ahold of me and

controlling me. What a WONDERFUL feeling!

Not weighed yet! Will do that this weekend at clinic! YEAH!

I'm going to have to post my wife's recipe for pork paprikash (sp?), which

is an unusual eastern european dish with lean pork, noodles, sauerkraut, and

low-fat sour cream. I thought it was kinda strange the furst time I tried

it, but now I love the stuff.
