Guest guest
Now that I am looking at it....probably high in fat and maybe too greasy...maybe you could find a better way that is not so fattening! I personally am just NOW getting to like cooking! I HATED it b-4. Now, I can be creative w/o the food taking ahold of me and controlling me. What a WONDERFUL feeling! Guest guest
I'm going to have to post my wife's recipe for pork paprikash (sp?), which is an unusual eastern european dish with lean pork, noodles, sauerkraut, and low-fat sour cream. I thought it was kinda strange the furst time I tried it, but now I love the stuff. Steve
