I use this legal/illegal supplement ingredient listing quite often:

Scroll partway down and you'll see a listing of legal supplement ingredients. I keep this list handy whenever I'm purchasing supplements. After a while you begin to remember which ones are OK.

Is there a list anywhere that shows what's legal/non-legal, that I can bring to the appointment?ps - I know bifidus and iron are illegals, but that's all I know.Thanks, Debbie
