Is there a good dip for

artichokes.

I love dunking the leaves in something and then the heart at the

end.

Need to be low fat. I tolerate small amounts of olive oil and eggs are

like my best friend now! Woohoo!

Well, the need for low-fat just blew my suggestions out of the

water!

My husband loves Hurricane Dressing (an oil and vinegar mix).

I do butter/ghee with lemon juice and garlic.

Typically, the proportions of vinegar and oil are 1 / 4, ditto the lemon

juice and butter.

You might see if reversing those proportions works for you.

Me, too. I like it with aioli (garlic) mayonnaise.

I bet it would be good with vinegar and lemon juice and just a bit of

oil and garlic.
