I think I read somewhere that Pepto Bismol is legal. Is this true? I have been

feeling a lot of nausea/queasiness lately along with my D, and it is making it

difficult to function.

I'm still not finding relief from the intro diet and feeling quite discouraged.

I feel like I am losing hope for this working for me.

Yes, it's true.

Unless this is something you felt before, this might be part of

initial die off, which can cause that exact symptom.

You may have to vary your intro diet until you find something that works

for you. Some people react to the carrots for instance, or need to use

beef broth instead of chicken broth or need to stop eating eggs. So you

have to tinker.

What are you eating?
