Guest guest
Hi : It sounds like you may have acid reflux. Can you tell us what you are eating and drinking? It would help to point out the culprit. People with this problem have to avoid alcohol, cafeine, fried foods, really fatty foods, high acid like tomatoes, very spicy... I find sticking to simple foods like vegetables, fruit, protein (not fried),yogurt is beneficial to me. Let me know, GERDS and chronic C SCD 11.5 months > > I was wondering if any of you on the diet suffer from excessive amounts of stomach acid. I have been having pain in my upper stomach area for about 3 days now. it is so painful. It feels as though I am starving. I couldn't understand why I was sooooo hungry. But the pain is not from hunger but from stomach acid. Is there anything that is SCD legal that I can take to nutralize the acid? I have been on this diet for about 5 weeks now and I thought it was great that I wasn't needing any tums or products for this problem but I guess I spoke to soon as now I am having the problem. The D cleared for a while but as I reduce the prednazone, the D has come back. any suggestions for either of the problems would be greatly appreciated. > Thanks to all of you for you email as I am learning alot from all of you. It just helps to know your all out there. > >
