I just had sushi for the first time since I've been on the diet and it's just not the same without soy sauce. I tried the soy sauce substitution recipe in the SDC cookbook, but I didn't quite do it for me. I was thinking that maybe a sauce made with rice wine would do the trick, but I haven't been able to find out conclusively whether rice vinegar is legal. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
