Guest guest
I was looking at my plain white sneakers yesterday & I thought to myself some friendship pins is just what these sneakers needs. Then I realized that no one has heard of friendship pins in like 20 years. *sigh* Well when I walked for Breast Cancer (60 miles of pure hell!), people gave them out there. They were support pins, at every station you got one, when ever you stopped & felt like you couldn't go on, you got one. They were just little tokens of someone's belief in you. It was cool. I was thinking how cool that would be if I had some friendship pins & if I could give some out. Does anyone want to do this? Perhaps we can put up a database with people's names & addresses so people could send them a support pin to go on their workout sneakers? It could be like a Random Act of Kindness? What do you think?
