Dear experienced folks,I am very new to all this (am easing my way into the intro diet) and have been managing my flare since early February with (among other things) green juices. Someone lent me a juicer and I've been juicing dandelions, parsley, and cilantro, drinking 1oz. at a time (1-2x/day), as an anti-inflammatory.I also drink World Organic liquid chlorophyll as an anti-inflammatory (1x/day).Can anyone let me know whether these are legal, and whether they'd be ok to continue through the intro stage, and if the answer is yes to the first and no to the second, how/when I might re-introduce them?Thank you, I've learned so much already from everyone's posts, I am feeling less alone and stressed about this step into the SCD world.Gabydiagnosed with IBS in 1992; UC in 2007
