I've read that heating olive oil can damage and mutate the fats in it and turn them into trans fats...I don't know whether that's true or not. But anyways, is olive oil good in egg/chicken/??? salads or anything? I'm not really eating lettuce-y type salads right now, too much fiber, but can you think of anything else an olive oil/vinegar salad dressing might be good on? Thanks!
