About Day 9. Day before yesterday I had Yogurt DCCC and honey and thought it

may be

causing major D. With the help of you good folks I decided to cut it out

yesterday. The trips

increased, more liquidy, more urgent, volume is very low. I thought I would see

a positive

difference by now. Am I expelling bad bugs. Last night I ran a fever, had

chills, then bundled

up and woke a while later in a puddle of sweat. This cycle happened at least

twice. I only ate

fish, Cider and water then some chicken yesterday. I see a new GI on Monday

(hopefully with

an open mind) and I will have difficulty being positive. Is this the way it can

go? More D than

ever and then I'll wake one glorius day to a real BM or might I still be doing

something

wrong?

Unless ya'll tell me otherwise, I am going to add yogurt back in.

Thanks to all the big hearted people,

I had the same response early in the diet. I would definitely

continue the yogurt for the probiotic but stop the DCCC and for sure

stop the honey. Ron
