Guest guest
HI all, just a reminder.... about Yahoo & cyberspace..... Yahoo does use 'Cookies' and 'Beacons' which track us and that sends out a lot of junk advertisement. So the place to change that and opt out of everything is below, I definitely would do that unless you like a lot of junk mail. I just rechecked these links and so far it's still the same info and I'm still opted out, so here's the info to get out of those beacons that follow you for spam and advertisements. (you will have to 'sign in' first with your Yahoo ID and password) . You can edit your Yahoo! Account Information, (if not clickable go to:) http://edit.yahoo.com/config/eval_profile?.src= & .intl=us & .done=privacy.yahoo.com/privacy/us Go down to ''Edit your marketing preferences'', just 'uncheck' ''everything'' there. (and be certain to click 'save changes') and then check the other tabs on top like subscriptions & alerts as well. This might work the same way, try marketing preferences, or click http://subscribe.yahoo.com/showaccount. One other thought is that if you've signed up with different Yahoo groups (I'm on over 25 or more *sigh* no wonder I've never any time) you need to do that for each and every single one. I'd double check all your groups to make sure you've opted out on each. If not you can expect Spam & junk mail. *sigh* Of course they're in the business to make money and so it goes. arghhhhh Dee~
