I am RNY distal, though, 7 yrs.

************** I don't care if I eat protein foods or not, can't absorb it, why

bother? I take 180g or more protein supps, 30g at a time, 0g of sugar, less

than 4g carbs. Don't care about fats, can't absorb 'em.

2 carbonyl iron (25mg each elemental)

1 vit C (you pick)

1 dry E

1 500mg citrate

1 zinc (or move this elsewhere)

1 multi

another E if you want

more calcium if you want

B12 sublingual if it's still working for you, any time in between
