Also, do you still take vitamin B12? **************** for proximal: 2 carbonyl iron (25mg each elemental) 1 vit C (you pick) > 1 500mg calcium citrate with D with mag (correct ratio) 1 dry A & D 1 multi (= to Centrum) 1 500mg citrate 1 dry E 1 500mg citrate 1 zinc (or move this elsewhere) 1 multi another E if you want more calcium if you want B12 sublingual if it's still working for you, any time in between > 4.
