When I make almond milk in my cuisinart blender, the top portion of the product, before I've strained it, comes out as stuff bubbles, and you can ladle that into your cup and have a cappucino or latte made with almond milk. Not sure it works in all blenders - it depends on the motor capacity - but try it on the highest setting - frappe. In the cuisinart blender it works on the lowest setting, which is nice, because I don't feel I am burning out the motor by keeping it going for a full 10 minutes.
