I buy Sara Lee Multi-Grain bread (1 point a slice) and make a sandwich with

low point lunch meat such as turkey and occasionally fat free bologna. The

bread is very filling and I get a good serving of fiber and whole grains.

Add a little mustard and it tastes sensational for only three points.

Snacks:

" snack size " Orville Reddenbocker 96% FF Kettle Korn (2 pts)

One serving Guiltless Gourmet Lime Flavored Tortilla Chips w/couple

tablespoons salsa (2 pts)

2 ounces Wow BBQ Lay's (2 pts)

One apple & one tablespoon whipped PB (2-3 pts, depending on size of

apple)

Pria bar & a small banana (3 pts)

1 serving Miss Meringue cookies (triple choc chip being a fav)

Lunch:

PB & J made with light wheat bread (2 slices for 1 pt), 1 tbsp. whipped

PB & tbsp. low sugar jam (3 pts)

1 light hot dog bun, 1 Ball Park FF hot dog, 1 slice 2% cheese,

mustard (3 pts)

Breakfast:

1/4 cup dried cherries, 1/2 cup FF yogurt, & 1/2 cup Fiber One cereal

(3 pts) (I'll often use 1 cup yogurt and substitute 1 cupe fresh

fruit, like blueberries, for same points)

2 pt granola bar of choice with 1 pt. fruit of choice

2 pt. english muffin (toasted) smeared with 1 tbsp. whipped PB (3.5

pts) (I can also sub 2 slices low point bread for the muffin and make

this 2.5 pts)

1/2 cup egg beaters, topped with sliced tomatoes, low fat shredded

cheese, and free veggies of choice (2-3pts, depending on amount of

cheese)
