I don't know if I have asked this elsewhere, but is there a legal fish oil

(Omega 3 ) supplement?

There are lots of legal fish oil supplements, you just have to check the

ingredient list for illegals, or post the ingredients here if you're uncertain.

I use 3 different kinds of fish oil: Spectrum Essential Fish Oil gel caps

(contains sardine, mackerel, and anchovy), Carlson's Salmon Oil gel caps, and

Green Pasture's Cod Liver Oil.
