Top of my yogurt container keeps blowing off!!!

I am not sure if I am doing something wrong here. This is the second time I am

making SCD yogurt. I had no problem last time, although this time around I have

found the top of my yogurt maker opened on the counter. I am thinking that

pressure may be building inside the container and causing it to blow open.

Please let me know if anyone else has had this experience and what I should do

about it.
