Hi I just moved to Paris, and about the only thing I havent had problems with is

finding nut flour! They have it in every store and in a wide variety. Maybe

this is just a paris thing?? I would just order it online if you cant get it in

a store. Ive had some troubles with alot of products-- I guess you cant get the

farmers cheese. I have really taken a step back with my health cause I cant get

alot of my medications etc. Ive had a really hard time. If you have any pointers

let me know. Sorry I couldnt be more of a help with the nut flours. Id order it

online for sure.

Having to skin and grind one's own almonds takes a lot of time.

You don't order online with Lucy's Kitchen Shop--you email her and she emails you back and you do business that way. You'll be able to give her your credit card info and your shipping address and she has beautiful almond flour. That is, if you have no luck ordering it through your local shop.

I JUST had my cooking day yesterday-- so I threw out all of the bags with brand names. I go to the store again on Wednesday. I will NOT forget to write them down for you :-) and post. >> > Wow.
