Guest guest
Ruth, Our bodies are going through constant changes, trying to adjust to the weight loss. I think it is a good idea to have as much variety as possible while walking this road to our goal weight. I am reviewing all my recipes for vegetables especially and am going to start trying some of them with the low fat or fat free ingredients and so on. You have to keep your mind as busy as possible. The toufu really helps me. i experience some ups and downs too. My stomach is touchy too and always has been, so it nothing new. Try the New York Deli Potato Salad, which is just potatoes cooked and cut up in small chunks or however you wish. Then mix l/4 cup fresh lemon juice with 1 cup of low fat or fat free mayonaise and l/2 cup of low fat or fat free sour cream. I use the low fat. Also a little sugar and salt to taste. Mix and refrigerate. Have a bite or two of this good stuff throughout the day and it will give you a lift. And if you eat it before going to bed you will sleep like a baby. Or a baked potato will do the same thing. Small baked potatoes. You can put fat free Ranch dressing on your baked potatoes too. Bye now and keep me posted on how you are doing.
