I was just catching up with the posts from last week and finally realized

you had been in the hospital! I am so happy to hear you are doing better and

have started to eat small amounts again. Enjoy the time you have left with

. :o)

I ran out of my Nexium before they could get my insurance to authorize a new

Rx...the first day off I was o.k., the second day I was a bit nauseous, the

third day I didn't want to look at food, by the fourth day I was waking up due

to the nausea. Thankfully they got me a new Rx the day we left for AZ...but it

took it 4 days to kick in and stop the nausea. My mother in law kept trying to

make me eat breakfast until she saw how green I was looking...once lunch hit I

was able to eat a bit but man it got bad there for awhile.

Just rest and get your strength back lady. And I promise I'll get some rest and

put my feet up too. :o)

Re: HI everybody...and a cholesterol question

Hi Cy,

All of you and 's wonderful Jewish meals sound so good! Talk about

feasting :-)

I think I turned a corner yesterday finally. I ate my first mini-meal in a

week last night at dinner time and did pretty well after that. Today I am up

out of bed so I am definitely on the right path now. I was worried this time

too! This bout had me scared.

I really missed my oldest daughter and grandson because I was sick and at the

hospital three of the four days they were here, but I have for

another week so I will get to enjoy her.

Hopefully by tomorrow I can venture out of the house even.

I hope you and are enjoying his time off school.
