I would never get a flu shot. They have been

shown to be ineffective and dangerous, increasing your risk of Alzheimer’s

by a percentage each time you have one. I once encountered a Naturopath who was

giving free flu homeopathics to anyone who would not take the flu shot. They

were so adamant about it.

I use Thieves essential oil blend, Oregano

and Mountain Savoury essential oils – all on the bottoms and tops of my

feet worked into the reflex points, and also diffuse essential oils in my home,

take Natural Factors Anti-Viral formula and most of all…if I get enough

sleep, I find I don’t get sick. I use a product called Miracle Mineral and

it works wee too, as long as I remember to take it. I got run down a month or

so ago and slammed by that terrible lung virus that was available to low immune

systems. Would like to try the homeopathic suggested. Have also heard great

things about it. Doesn’t it have starch in it?
