I started getting warm flashes that I was not used to and my stomach would get queasy.I would take it 3x a day for 3 days then a day off, then 2 days and a day off, then 4 days then a day off. I find less than 3x a day my body didn't absorb. I am now on 1x a day at night. ferrous sulfate I used up the iron I had here and have started the ferrous sulfate 325mg at 1 tablet 3 times a day. I'm wondering how long this may take....a year?...to get the level up to around 60. I know it all depends on how well I absorb. I'm guessing his 3 mos recommendation is the average. At 26 with a top rang of 310, you will feel like road kill ferrous sulfate I used up the iron I had here and have started the ferrous sulfate 325mg at 1 tablet 3 times a day.
