Guest guest Posted March 24, 2009 Report Share Posted March 24, 2009 I made muffins for my kids, including my toddler who reacted to cashews, almonds, and peanuts. I used pecan flour. She's okay! Yay!!! This means I can use pecan flour in place of almond in all the recipes, and we can all eat the same meal! Next I try walnut flour, and then hazelnut.
