it's individual I guess - even people with " no problems " may have

digestive issues they are

less sensitive to than we are - for example, I have no problems with

broccoli, cauliflower, kale, etc.

Cabbage - I'm not sure about as I haven't cooked any for some time.

Although I do eat kimchi - and

I'm fine with that. Sauerkraut though on occasion has caused a

reaction. Since it's the same

ingredient, not sure how to explain it.

what is it?? i understand mara i can't explain why hard-boiled eggs bug me and

not soft - so weird!!!-
