It's hard for me since I've never been thinner than I am now. Don't let this get you down. Do you take any low point snacks for yourself to work, this would help in such a situation. There are many things you could have, fruit, pretzels, jelly beans, any pre-measured snack so you don't even have to think about what the points are. And once they are gone, you are also done, until the next meal. Come on Kim, you can do this.!!!!!!!! Imagining yourself succeeding at those goals can help you through difficult times. You mentioned in an earlier post that you were thinking about just munching on low point/healthy things until you got past this " crave " stage that you seem to be in. That may not be a bad idea. I know it is not good to " feed needs other than hunger " through food, but seriously, I've been where you are and it has helped me sometimes to " fake it until I make it. " Meaning, if I started to feel binge thoughts coming into mind, I would immediately find something low point I could snack on. (A lot of people advocate doing something that doesn't involve food, which is a good idea, but didn't work for me much because I just kept thinking about eating until I was miserable and ended up eating something stupid anyway.) Usually, the snack pacified me to the next meal or next snack so I didn't do major damage to my points for the day. I would always pick something that took a while to eat and was " filling, " like microwave popcorn or cut up veggies with FF dressing.
