Guest guest
Does it mean anything? I'm making yogurt in the Excalibur dehydrator, temp is 105 degrees, and the lid has popped off twice already. Does anyone know why this happens and if the yogurt is alright? Thanks Caroline
Guest guest
Mine popped off for the first time last night. I was in a hurry and did not let the milk cool down as much as I have in the past before adding the starter. It may have made the insides much warmer as the bacteria fermented. Try cooling the milk down a bit more before starting the yogurt. > > > > Subject: Re:Yogurt cover popping off > > > > > > Hi, > > > > Yogurt is fine. > > > > I just leave off the lids, put them on later.
