Thanks for the response, Doug.  I actually do purchase the block of parmesan cheese, not the pre-shredded stuff.  However, since this particular brand is made of part-skim milk and is so much cheaper than some of the other artisan cheeses, I've worried a bit about the reasons.  Could it be processed, or perhaps the big brand name allows them to sell relatively small blocks at lower prices?Agree with you about the juices.  Even though it's supposedly okay to drink the legal ones when they're diluted 50% with water, I'm starting to consider juicing everything I drink other than apple cider, which I buy fresh from the local grocery store.Do you have any recommendations on meat brands that don't contain additives?  I had always assumed that roasts, chicken breasts, ground beef, etc., were legal, when nothing was stated otherwise on the packages.  Noticing the label of "natural flavorings" on the ground chicken and ground turkey shocked me a little.Thanks,Jill>I don't know how to judge its legality other than it's on the legal>list.
