MSA can be a pain in the neck OR a pain in the butt.

It can drive you crazy and people think you are a nut.

It can give you so much constipation,

you think you have the biggest stoppage in the nation.

You may thrash and gasp and scream and snore

til your spouse can sleep with you no more.

When your blood pressure drops it can make you feel weak

and if your bladder's affected you might spring a leak.

Can't stand hot weather, it's really a bummer

to have to stay inside all through the summer.

I stumble, I fall or sometime run into a wall

folks arn't sure if it's 911 or detox to call.

My body is a reck, and i'm a pain in the neck

but what the heck, I'm no longer playing with a full deck.
