Guest guest
Hi there, Does anyone have a condition called hypochlorhydria (low stomach acid)? I have suffered from indigestion for the last 2-3 months when I eat. It has improved because I now eat less than 50g at a time but I still get it at least once a day and it doesn't seem to be linked to one particular food. I have to eat every half hour to maintain my weight (which is already low) and I find that I get really hungry and weak. I would love to know what is causing the indigestion and to be able to eat more at one time. I have been hoping the SCD will help but it's been a month now. Has anyone had a similar experience? Could it be low stomach acid? Will SCD help if it is or do I need to look at other remedies too? At the moment I am up to stage 2 foods. I would really appreciate any input.
