Guest guest
Maybe it was just too liquid. In the Grain-Free Gourmet recipe they tell you to squeeze out all the liquid in a towel after grating, and a lot does come out. Guest guest
I figured it out, and, of course, it was me being stupid. Many of the recipes say you can also make muffins instead of bread, or whatever. This one said it was to make MINI loaves, or muffins. My regular size loaf pans held too much batter to bake all the way through. UGH. Guess I'll know next time. Marilyn2 Feeling the pinch at the grocery store? Make meals for under $10.
