I went to see Dr Fisher and found out it was just scar tissue that formed around one of the internal stitches. He removed it when he did my tummy tuck. Mine used to stick way out if I bent backwards..it felt really strange like an alien was gonna jump out of me!! It didnt hurt at all..it was just there.
