Guest guest
Hi Outi: I have GERDS and have been on the diet for 1 yr. However, I do not have celiac disease. Everyone is different. You will have to start with the intro diet and slowly add different foods. It would be a good idea to keep a food diary. What I may be able to tolerate may be different than what you can tolerate. Having said that, because of GERDS, I have to avoid fried, spicy, acidic and fatty foods. For example, I have to make my yogurt with 2/3 2% and 1/3 homogenized milk. Let me know if you have particular questions, I would be glad to help, as well as others on the list I am sure. My problems are IBS, kind of celiac disease (not celiac disease " yet " , said the doctor) and gerd. Eating anything is very difficult. > > Now I am asking if there would be someone who figured out what he/she CAN eat and what not. I do understand that everybody is different. > > Thanking you in advance I wish everybody better health. > > Outi >
