Guest guest
Crust:1/2 egg (beaten) 1 1/2 cup almond flour 3 Tbsp butter cold and cut into pieces 2 Tbsp honey 1/8 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp saltProcess all together in a food processor until it forms a ball. The butter will still be visible in the dough. That's as it should be. Form into a flat circle and chill until firm in fridge wrapped in wax paper.Remove from fridge and place between two large pieces of wax paper. Roll out to a flat circle thin and large enough to cover a large flan or pie plate. If it tears or falls apart do not worry, just patch it together in the pie plate.Bake in 300F oven for 20 minutes until cooked through and brown. Cool.
